High-tech with an optimum price/performance ratio:
this was the SIPLACE team's aim for the SIPLACE D1 - the lexible single-gantry machine from the SIPLACE D-series generation. Now you can benefit from the innovative added value that the SIPLACE D1 creates with its combination of innovative and proven technology data.
The highlights of the SIPLACE D1 at a glance:
Flexible head combinations to meet every need The concept behind the SIPLACE D1 is totally new; it only has one gantry, but it can, if necessary, be equipped with one (as the SIPLACE D1S) or two (SIPLACE D1) placement heads.
A 12 or 6-segment
Collect&Place head and a Pick&Place head may be used. This will provide higher placement forces, direct
placement force measurement, and the linear drive on the Z-axis means that it is very robust. It will even place large and complex components without problems.
During placement, the placement heads fetch the components from the at-rest component supply, and set
them down on the PCB, which is also stationary. This proven SIPLACE principle guarantees reliable pick-up of even the smallest components, prevents the components slipping on the PCB and minimizes traversing paths.
Optimized transport conditions with the flexible dual conveyor The user also has access to different variants of the PCB conveyor: SIPLACE single conveyor and flexible SIPLACE dual conveyor.
The latter offers all the benefits of the conventional dual conveyor, such as reducing non-productive downtimes, combined with the option of using the single conveyor.
01005 placement
Even the trend towards component miniaturization is no problem for the SIPLACE D1 since it is equipped as standard to place 01005 components.
To do this, you simply have to implement the optional
01005 package for 12-segment Collect&Place heads. You can then process even the tiniest components
currently available without any problems.
